Terms of use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms govern the use of Intriga, the mystery game for iOS and Android. By downloading or using the app you accept them. The terms of the store you downloaded it from (App Store or Google Play) also apply.

1. Who provides it

Juan Carlos Rodicio, tax ID (NIF) 28793085Y, Calle Arroyo 9, 41008 Seville (Spain). Contact: support@rcuadrado.es.

2. It is fiction

The cases are made-up stories. Their characters, messages, photos, places, businesses, pages and apps do not exist, and any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental. The phone you investigate is part of the game: Intriga does not access yours.

3. Age

Intriga is for ages 13 and up. If you are under 14, use it with the permission of your parent or guardian, who should read these terms and the privacy policy.

4. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and the cases you have access to, on your devices and not for commercial purposes. The texts, images, music, cases and design of Intriga belong to their author or licensors. You may not copy them, extract them from the app, redistribute them or sell them.

5. Paid cases

6. Hints and ads

Hints come from watching a rewarded ad, only when you ask for one. If no ad is available, the hint is free. No ad ever interrupts the game.

7. Your progress and changes to the cases

Your progress is saved on your device, not in an account: if you uninstall the app or change devices it is lost, although bought cases can be restored. We may fix a published case, and your progress is kept for whatever does not change. We may also add cases, change the app or stop offering it; if that affected something you bought, we will tell you in advance where possible.

8. Fair use

Do not use Intriga for anything illegal, do not try to get around purchases or extract the paid cases, and do not reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.

9. Liability

Intriga is provided as is, and we do our best for it to work well. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, or any liability that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live and you keep the protection given by the rules of your country.

11. Changes to these terms

If they change, we will update this page and the date above. If the change is important, we will tell you in the app.
